beats/m 50%-60% of your maximum heart rate. Fat burning zone.
beats/m 60%-70% of your maximum heart rate. Comfort zone.
beats/m 70%-80% of your maximum heart rate. Aerobic Zone.
beats/m 80%-90% of your maximum heart rate. Border Zone.
beats/m 90% -95% of your maximum heart rate. NON-zone.
